INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

JAMES LYND PHOTOGRAPHY places safety as the highest priority at all times, and is following up to date Government Guidelines to ensure the safety of all Clients and Crew Members involved in any project.

To minimise unnecessary travel, JAMES LYND PHOTOGRAPHY is working in collaboration with a team of other exceptional photographers around the country to help deliver photoshoots safely. Where travel is not possible, JAMES LYND PHOTOGRAPHY will outsource the Photoshoot to a vetted photographer local to the Photoshoot Location, and act as Creative Director of the project - ensuring the photographer is fully briefed. JAMES LYND PHOTOGRAPHY will then manage the post-production phase to ensure the final product delivered is consistent with the project brief and brand vision.

Photoshoot sets will function with the minimum number of crew required to deliver the project. Shooting on location in a well ventilated area is encouraged, though In-Studio work can also be arranged. Everyone on set is expected to have their temperature taken on arrival. Everyone on set is required to wear adequate face masks, though actors/models may remove them for once the photoshoot commences. All equipment is sanitised between sessions.

Any Client or Crew who experiences symptoms of COVID-19 (eg: high fever, new and persistent cough, loss of taste and/or smell) within 2 weeks of the Photoshoot Date must inform JAMES LYND PHOTOGRAPHY immediately. There will be no additional fees for Photoshoots rescheduled due to COVID-19. Should any member of the crew present with COVID-19 symptoms during the shoot, the session will immediately be ended and rescheduled.

Additional rules and restrictions applied by any location used must also be followed.

By booking a photoshoot, you do so at your own risk.

JAMES LYND PHOTOGRAPHY also offers Editing and Retouching services which can be done remotely.

International travel is currently not possible, but I am available to work remotely.
